Items purchased from stockists
Ian Poulter Enterprises Limited's returns policy on items purchased from our stockists is dependant on the individual stockists. Any goods purchased from a stockist that are unwanted or damaged should therefore be dealt with in accordance with the stockists own policies.
Items purchased on this website
Ian Poulter Enterprises Limited's returns policy on items purchased on this website is that if a customer returns goods in an unused/unworn condition, with the original delivery docket (as proof of purchase) and the original packaging within 28 days of the original purchase date, Ian Poulter Enterprises Limited will offer either a refund or exchange for the goods purchased.
If goods are returned after the 28 day period in an unused/unworn condition, then after inspection of the goods, Ian Poulter Enterprises Limited will offer an exchange only. No goods will be exchanged or refunded after a period of 56 days from the original purchase date.
Please note that refunds processed must be made to a credit or debit card in the name of the returnee. Cash refunds cannot be given.
